The project site is located in Tatabánya, on the grounds of the former Miners’ Hospital. The task involves exploring development options for the area that will become available following the demolition of the existing, dilapidated buildings. The concept aims to create a residential area of apartment buildings with a small-town character and marketable unit sizes, ensuring suitable living conditions in the long term for both existing residents and families settling in the area.
